Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa, Khalti, and Fonepay. No additional fees are charged for any payment method.

We commit to delivering orders within the timeframe specified at checkout. If we fail to meet the promised delivery date, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery is available across Nepal. Specific delivery times may vary by location.

You may exchange items within the return window specified in our return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
